Reliable Cryogenic Single-Photon Emitters for Quantum Optics and Communication
Our single-photon sources are based on InAs quantum dots (QDs) integrated into nanophotonic cavities. Possible wavelength ranges 900-1100 nm for InAs QDs on GaAs Substrates and 1200 nm-1600 nm for InAs QDs on InP substrates. Emitted photon properties can further be modified by cavity design. Purcell factors >25 are possible. QDs require cryogenic setup integration, which we are happy to provide, if needed.
